Our menus change with the seasons - we try to use the very best of what is available throughout the year. We know that ingredients that are fresh and in season not only taste better but are better for us and the planet too.
We are proud to have great relationships with our excellent suppliers and this allows us to source the best produce we can to create our dishes. The majority of our suppliers are Sussex-based, if not Eastbourne itself, which matters to us to support the local economy in our area. Our lunch menu isn’t on our website as it changes weekly, please see blackboard in restaurant.
